 - I actually didn’t get to see where the parking actually was due to it being valet parking. However, the entire experience was simple and effortless. I drove up to the valet booth, gave them my reservation via my phone, and got out of my car and proceeded to my destination.

 - Terrible. We used this parking because it was cheaper than the Yve Hotel we stayed in. We had to leave promptly at 11:00 am due to our plans. We were there waiting at 10:50 am of course so we could be the first to get our car. NO ONE showed up until 11:21!!! Don't use this garage to park your car if you need to be on time. We though it was ridiculous that the open at 11:00 am but at least consider being responsible and show up to work on time!

 - Excellent experience. From my first "click" in making the reservation to the end when I picked up my vehicle was FLAWLESS!!! Thank You ~Paulie

 - When you park they tell you that if you don't pick-up the car before evening close you have to wait until the next day. What they don't tell you is that they are closed on weekends. Went to pick my car up Saturday and it was locked up tight. Happened to encounter "one of the owners" who told us they were closed and he didn't know how to operate the elevator, so we had to wait til Monday. We were charged the daily fee for the two days the car was held hostage. When we did get the car back on Monday, our "emergency" cash stash was gone. If you have a choice avoid this place.
