- Apparently, since switching over to Bedrock, the garage is no longer appropriately staffed. This is especially noticeable in the evening, and is a huge problem when trying to exit the garage. Before, there was always an attendant or two at rush hour to help manage exiting traffic. Now, if one vehicle has problems at the exit (card not scanning properly for example), they're SOL and so is everyone else behind them. In the last week, I've had to wait a good 45-50 minutes on (3) separate days, just to be able to exit. Granted, on a couple of those days, traffic was a little heavier than usual, but it was never a problem before. It's getting ridiculous and unacceptable.

- Attended Jazz Fest today, Sunday, for about 3 hours. On entering, their Sign said $10 but on leaving the garage check out attendant demanded $19. Ripoff. Don't park here.

- I was going to the Auto Show and all other lots were full. I asked the attendant if I could leave my car there after 8:30 pm and he assured me that it would be no problem. You can't get in after 8:30, but you can still leave and self-pay at the exit. Well, at 9:00 pm I came back to the garage to find every door locked! There was no way to get into the garage. I got lucky because someone happened to drive out and I ran in. That person told me that the same thing happened to them. The pay machine processed my credit card, but did not print a receipt. As I was driving out, there was someone else outside scratching their head trying to figure out how to get in. Lucky for them, I opened the door for them. I would not recommend this garage if you plan to be there after hours, no matter what the attendant says.
