 - I have been using this garage for many years. It is so small and old. But I can see that the management is gradually making improvements. The manager Mory is a very nice guy and working very hard. However when he left the office, the guy (I believe his name is Tusha) is very rude and unhelpful at least. My family was finished paying and about to leave, then I saw a lady standing in front of the paying machine, could not figure out how to pay. She asked Tusha to help. The guy did not even bother to walk over. Just stood at the office door and told the lady that it was not his job to help her. Everything is on the screen and she should figure it out herself. I ended up helped her while my kid and husband were waiting.

 - I wish I could get this less than 1 star. This place can only be described as "harrowing" and "soul crushing." Spots are way too small, elevator never works, and the people who work there are the worst. They noted that I canceled my monthly membership TWICE in person, then charged me AGAIN which I'm STILL disputing with my bank because I called them over and over and do they respond? No. And then they send me an email about charging me for November, to which I responded and did I get a response. NOPE. This is just the worst experience ever. Don't subject yourself to it. Don't waste your money. Go literally ANYWHERE ELSE.

 - Elevator was broken so we had to climb up six floors!! We used the park app to scan when we entered and left. The scanning machine wax awe full. Had to scan 20 times to get it recognized. Will never go back

 - So here is my experience today: I arrived at the garage and went to the garage office around 9:11 PM. The instructions in the parkwhiz app pass states that “When you return, exchange entry ticket & parking pass for an exit ticket at garage office”. However, the guy at the garage office refused to do so and asked me to pick up my car and use the scanner at the exit myself. I made it to the exit at 9:15 PM sharp. I failed to get my ticket scanned cause I’ve never used this scanner and was looking for a place to insert my ticket and scan the QR code in the app but it turned out you have to scan the ticket first. Then the guy just walked out of the garage office and told me that it was 9:16 PM (or 9:17) and I have to pay an extra $17 to get out. After trying to explain to him for 5 mins, he still refused to let me go and insisted that I have to pay the overtime charge. He said that I should have been there earlier to avoid the charge. Thus, I had to call the customer service for help. After like 45 mins’ phone talk among three of us he finally let me go with no extra charge. I felt so frustrated and angry about this whole experience. I would NOT recommend anyone to park at this garage. It's unreasonably ridiculous and people from their garage office will scam you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE !!!

 - Even though this is about the cheapest garage it is definitely clear as to why. The spaces are way too small to fit your car into. Be ready to crawl in and out from your trunk. There is construction going on so forgot about getting a spot even if you are paying for monthly parking. This is complete chaos. Everything is a tight squeeze and turn. If you're returning to your car after 10 be careful about who is around you. Don't waste your time of money.
