 - Extremely poor signage at the exit station. No indication of where to scan ticket. Consider staffing this lot

 - 390 Congress st. This should have been $5.00 with a Soul Cycle validation. The car in front of me checking out took a long time which put me 1 minute over and the rude man charged me $28 happily telling me I should not have taken a shower. Big assumption. All numbers online are disconnected or full mail box. Probably with complaints. Pass in this company.
