 - I recently purchased a monthly parking pass and feel this garage if very unsafe. There are homeless people in the lobby where patrons need to pay for their parking - asking for money. I feel unsafe having to take an elevator or stairs when I’m alone. There is no security - no stopping these people from following you to your car. They should not be allowed in the lobby.

 - DO NOT USE this garage. We were charged twice! My husband paid $17 to reserve parking but the parking garage scanner was not working (other patrons had the same problem) & would not read the scan code that we had printed. We had to pay $49 on our credit card to exit the garage. Another couple told us that the scanners also weren’t working the last time they were there. We tried telephoning the garage, but the mailbox was full at one number and there was a pick up and disconnect at the second.

 - great service and reasonable fee, used for Goodman and Government offices.

 - Used the service and i think it would work fine but when printing the bar code from the computer and then using it in the kiosk it would not work. I believe that the bar code was too big for the reader. This caused us to enter the garage with a ticket and then resolve the issue when we left, which was more of a hassel, i believe using the phone would have worked better but i had it on gps mode at the time figuring the print out would have worked. I gave it 5 stars because i liked the concept and value.
