The Shops At North Bridge

 - I was charged too much! I parked there for 53 minutes and was charged 35.00.

 - We parked in this garage and the man when we were leaving out was extremely RUDE.. We went in on the wrong side of the building and paid the ticket at $44.00 then a worker told us we were on the wrong side so we had to walk around the other side by the Hilton Gardens Thanks to the worker that helped us. after 30 minutes of trying to find the right parking space we finally found our Car and leaving out the man/machine charges us another $20.00 so we call over the RUDE man who was on the phone talking like he didn't see us sitting there waiting to ask him a question finally comes out saying you want to know why it charge you 20 more dollars.. belittling questions and being a jackass. He says we cant all talk otherwise we cant sing together something ignorant like that.He tells me to let him talk to the man he only talking to the man. DISRESPECTFUL..We will NEVER use that garage again..DO NOT 4GET PAYING CUSTOMERS ARE THE REASON YOU HAVE A JOB..GET A NEW JOB..LEARN HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE.RESPECT

 - The parking was okay but the we had an issue with our ticket and when we asked for help, the man was extremely rude and insulting to is. He made multiple demeaning remarks with a rude tone and entitled attitude and made sure to make everyone in the car feel stupid for not figuring out the issue with the ticket on our own. I would not recommend this parking service for its lack of treating their paying customers well but insulting then instead.
