Hyatt Centric

 - Not safe!! I parked here for an event and was verbally assaulted by Solomon the parking attendant. He banged on my car and tried to remove me from my car before my friend informed him that we had parked there previously and we were was coming back to park. Solomon was absolutely deranged. Another customer came to our rescue and thankfully the customer was a guy because Solomon backed off and acted as if nothing happened. When he realized he made a huge mistake he tried to laugh it off with us. We were terrified and humiliated and decided to park across the street at the Hyatt Centric. Such a a better choice. Cheaper prices, more parking and a clean safe and secured parking lot. BEWARE!!!!

 - Lot is closed & being torn town

 - Used the reserve parking option on a Sunday and it was great. Pulled-up, gave the attendant the key and when we returned 2 hours later the car was brought back down the ramp about 1 minute later. Quick, efficient and very cost effective option. Will definitely be using this garage for future visits.
