 - They wouldn't let me leave because someone else had used my ticket number to leave. They said I needed to pay $20 if I wanted to leave. I had purchased my parking reservation in advance and the online notices state "do not take a ticket" when you enter. I took my ticket anyway. So how would someone else have used my ticket number to leave?? No assistance is available when you go in. I got stuck because the entrance is so narrow and it was impossible to get past oncoming vehicles. Unless you like a good argument, you're better off somewhere else. They are working it. Beware.

 - Major problems with this garage. Their closing time is unclear and in small print so people don't see and park there. That is how I think they make money. The garage is also not safe. No exit sign in any level to let the drivers know which way to exit. There is no sign in entry to let drivers know that the entrance is also the exit, so they can drive carefully. I do volunteer work with exchange students from France, Spain and U.S. We took them to Baltimore on July 28, 2015. I parked my car in the garage in 208 Water street because their price was the lowest. They post a big sign of their price and I fell for it. Never again. I went to the baseball game with the students, got back garage was closed. I was there till midnight trying to get a bus home. I had to pay another bus to bring me back the next morning. After looking for a low price I ended up paying a higher rate because my car had to stay there over night. I will not recommend this garage to anyone. Park there at your own risk.
