- I will never use this parking lot again. I reserved a parking space online using spot hero, but when I arrived, other cars were parked there, and there was no staff to help. As a result, I had to find another parking lot and arrived late for the concert. The parking space I had reserved in advance ended up making me late. The next day, I contacted customer service for a refund and provided receipts for alternative parking, but I haven't heard back even after a month. Their customer service is unprofessional, and I spent over 30 minutes on the phone for this simple matter. I recommend not to stress like I did and to use a different parking lot instead.
