 - I purchased and displayed a ticket which didn’t show my full registration number due to a machine malfunction. I was fined £60. I appealed and sent a copy of my car park ticket to Napier who refused to drop the charge.

 - I bought a valid ticket and ten weeks later had to pay an extortionate £160 penalty charge. By that time I had discarded any proof of purchase and had no opportunity to appeal. Apparently the Car Park Company Napier had sent me two letters before this - but I received no such letters.
