- I've had an absolutely awful experience parking here. As a monthly parker, I would expect this company would appreciate my business and attempt to earn it. My experience has shown absolutely the opposite to be true.
My car was vandalized while parked in this garage, as shown in these pictures. The cost will be hundreds of dollars to repair. There was nobody working at the garage, and I tried to contact the garage by phone but there's only an automated line.
Beware: this garage has signs everywhere saying it has security cameras, but those don't actually cover the garage. So if something happens to your vehicle, those cameras will be useless.
This is the message I received from this company when, several days after the incident, I was finally able to contact them by email:
"The video footage did not pick up anything...All of our locations are park at your own risk. There will be no compensation for the damage."
If you want any kind of customer service or protection for your vehicle, you should not park here.
