on December 28th around 1:35 pm I was on 710 SW 16st AVE Parking Lot in Miami, at that time the meter machine wasn't working, I did contact the phone number on the sign1-305-803-3369, they didn't pick up the first time so asfter my second time male pick up the phone been very rude and disrespecful calling me a RETARD saying that he was busy on the other line to F---- wait , at that time i ask him for help but he refused to help me calling me RETARD for the second time saying if I don't know how to use the F____ machine..and hanged up the phone.. I was in Miami from Boston that week.
hoope someone can resolve this unprofessional matter that way other people don't go to the same situation i did.
