- My friend and I had a horrible experience. We parked my car there over the weekend. Sunday morning we went there at 8am to pick it up because there is a long drive ahead of us. We were informed that they couldn't find our key. They kept telling us that they/ve always put the key on the front passenger seat, but it was not there. The man on duty tried to call the guy who parked the car but he never responded. We waited until 3pm until we got our key, which apparently has been in the locker all along. During the time of our wait, we tried to contact the manager of the parking lot but he didn't show any sympathy and didn't apologize. The guy on duty was nice but not helpful at all. No one offered to reimburse our park fee. It's just a mess.
