- I never do this, but the behavior of the staff at this location is appalling. I dropped my Mazda 3 off at 9:30am, keys in the ignition, drivers door unlocked. When I returned, my car was up on rolling wheels and I was told that my keys were locked in my vehicle. When I pressed for video of the drop off, the manager on shift was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Furthermore, the only video he was able to show me was obstructed by another vehicle. He refused to show me another angle.
Because of this, I had to pay for a locksmith and a jumpstart, as they left my vehicle with the ignition on for 9 hours. The result was a $55 parking fee, and an additional $205 for a problem I did not cause.
I will never park at this location again, and I have directed my employees to do the same. This is shockingly bad, and I imagine they treat other customers the same way.
If I could rate less than one star, I would do so.
