- This is a horribly-run, unethically-operated garage. I was a monthly parker here for a few months. The garage raised monthly rates without informing customers and then carried forward unpaid balances for those with autopay on. I personally watched a parking attendant drive my car into a pole and into another car. My Kafka-esque claims process was eventually denied and the company cited falsified intake tickets saying the damage was already there. The manager is constantly screaming at customers over various perceived slights. I have heard many customers trying to file a claim that the garage damaged their cars, only to have the garage say the damage was there when they came in. Just a horrible place. Never park your car here.
