 - Rude staff and extremely slow service

 - they are the worst services ,my car was dead I need a jump on my battery because I left the car in this place for a few days ,it was 9:30pm the 2 men on the office told me that is your problem it was raining and I was with my kid ,I guess because I'm and Hispanic color woman don't desert help ,they was so rude call your towing company , I told them this is a facility for long stay for cars and you don't have a jump box for the cars ? ,he say no that is your problem . I call the towing company it was going to be one more hour before they can make it there to help me It was already 10:20 p.m the old men's was gone but it was a very nice man his name was Kyle I told him what was happening he get inside the office right away so he can help me ,the sad part is he came out with the cables to give me a jump starter, it was so sad thinking this two mans inside the office so a woman with a kid wet because it was raining and refuse to help her .thank God it is still kind people in this world thanks to Kyle that help me , but do yourself a favor stay away from this place

 - Never again!!! After waiting 35 minutes at the airport pick up point I was finally picked up....after picking up at another terminal we arrived at the lot. To find they park cars behind other cars. And someone was parked behind me. They moved the car after everyone else was dropped off. I left the parking lot exactly one hour after arriving at the pick up area and making the call to be picked up. I chose those spot because of the ease of being off narcoose. But it was definitely not worth it!!

 - The manager yelled in my face and said "go home bitch" after I requested a refund for waiting at the airport for 45 minutes. He then came outside and took a photo of my license plate. I see in the reviews below, this is not the first time he has done this.I do not recommend this company.

 - Let just say, they lost my CAR KEYS, after someone moved my car from where it was initial parked. They didn't even have my car on their "inventory lists" (My car was there for 10 days.). After looking for over and hour and half with Gaby (one of the guys that works there) He called int their manager, Saad. When Saad came in, he had a very nasty attitude and upset that my keys were lost and they couldn't find the keys and tell him to look in my bag for my keys. I had given it to them. He was extremely rude and just upset. He did NOT want to call lock smith person, till he looked for the keys himself (We got to the parking lot around 9:00 pm and it was already 11:30 pm) . He was so nasty that he started screaming at me in front of my 6 year old and all his employees that I needed to respect him and he would call the lock smith when he wanted (because I told him he was a bad manager since he didn't want to call the lock smith and I had been waiting patiently) . HE even started getting very aggressive when he thought I was filming him ( I was hold my phone up!, because I thought I had to involve the cops). After the locksmith guy came (Whom I had to call) and was able to make me a new key, Saad took another 20 min to pay him and was super mad. about paying him ( even called his guys to make sure my lock smith guys was not overcharged him!). He never apologies, offered a refund or said sorry. He is truly an miserable person and has zero customer service.

 - This place was absolutely terrible. You go into this dumpy trailer that looks like someone lives in it. Once you get in you see everyone's car keys laying on the couch. They dont really give you clear direction on how there process works. They told me to put my own suitcase in the shuttle which is fine but dont have a sign asking for tips. When I arrived back after my trip they didnt know if I had my keys or they did. Once I had my keys the man drove the shuttle down a long parking lot asking us all to click our remotes to find our cars. He then dropped me off in the pouring rain with several heavy bags and told us to walk through the bushes on the other side. I mean no path at all. He said dont worry theres nothing in them. My boyfriend walked through the bushes. Drove to me to pick up me and the luggage. Was so shocked by this.

 - verbally assaulted by owner i will never use you guys again. i have given you guys 2 chances to park with you guys and 1st time the spanish woman was 1 hour late in picking me up from the ground transportation area because she thought she broke something in the van and arriving few days ago the new employee was so busy picking us up to take us to the airport and didn’t give us tickets, and today coming back to orlando airport, the owner indian man accused me of lying about not having my ticket! i explained to him that the employee didn’t give any of us tickets and he yelled and told me to stop lying to him i had to pull out my bank statement and email with reservation # to prove i parked there for him to believe me.. i told him he was really unprofessional and mean and he said he didn’t like it when passengers lie to him about losing a ticket, when i was never given one. once he saw me in the system and realize they were really quick to take my money out the first day of arriving he sent someone to pick me up. Disgustingly treated- Verbally assaulted- once I picked up my vehicle and was on my way home from a long day of traveling. I got a shocking disgusting rude voicemail from the owner. He was calling me stupid , told me he got me on camera that morning (when i clearly wasn’t even in the state that morning i parked there a few days ago) Offensively Cursed at me, called me a MOTHER F****** B**** on my voicemail message.
