- This place is unattended by smug staff,has indoor/outdoor parking.We paid monthly so know the place well. Cars were broken into and windows broken. The parking attendants do have an office but rarely venture out to see if lot is safe, it is not with drug addict homeless sleeping under overpass (the filthy, unkept, unswept and unmonitored parking lot is UNDER the FDR Drive)The outdoor section is dark, very dirty with pigeon feces spackling your car and the ground.very dusty. Back to story: No cameras, car broken into and called police. The police were there for a couple hours and the "SP Parking" or "SP Plus" the company that takes your money but cares for nothing other than your money. The inner city neighborhood accented and mannerism of the female staff. Perhaps ghetto cultured is a better word might be cute but not knowing any better is no excuse for the management not training the staff to behave in a business like manner with those customers not interested in learning street lingo.The staff could not be bothered to help or offer any insight as to how this could have happened. This company is only interested in squeezing every dollar from customers. If you have any issue: Scratched car?(or actual broken window and ransacked vehicle) you will get nothing. A dead battery? Not going to help you. An assault by homless?You're on your own. Didnt pay your bill on time? They'll boot your car right away. Now they are serving you! Seriously, stay away if you can.
