 - If I could give this ZERO STARS I would!!! The owner said he would have my car ready if I call 15 mins before I got there. So I did but when I called he sent me straight to voice mail so I were they suppose to have my car ready when the owner doesn’t pick up his phone. Finally after calling 3x he picks up and talks to me as if I’m an inconvenience. After my shift I go out and my car is still not there so I waited an extra 20 mins!!! For my car to come and I called him after 15 more mins of waiting and kept sending me to voicemail. When he finally answered and said to me “it’s in appropriate and disrespectful for you to keep calling” I’m like EXCUSE ME?!!! I’m paying a month cost and ALOT of money for your service and you have me waiting for my car so yea I’m going to call as many time as I need to get my car!!! How DARE HE SAY IM DISRESPECTFUL! I have to get home, pick up my kids that I’m already late for thanks to him, to put food on the table for my family!!! NO ONE USE THIS VALET SERVICE!!!

 - They lost my key. My car never moved from the entrance as they lost my key in another customers car. The Manager did reach out and luckily I live in the city and had a spare. A replacement key, for my car, costs $379 plus tax. Trying to work with Laz Parking for a resolution/reimbursement.

 - Worst valet experience of my life. I’m actually writing this as I wait for my car. It has been 45 mins and they lost the ticket I gave them and lost the lady’s ticket before me. They served 4 people that came in after me, first. And everyone that works here apparently doesn’t at the moment since I’ve been told talk to someone else. Never again and I will make sure to spread the word.

 - Earlier today I was in downtown Chicago to eat dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. Since we seldom drive in downtown Chicago my wife and I had some difficulty finding a place to park. We came upon the lot on Walton Street near Michigan Avenue and decided to park there. In the confusion of the moment we forgot to tip the valet after dropping off our car. However when we returned to pick up the car I remembered and tipped him $5. Unfortunately when I returned home I noticed that there were three 1/2-long scratches (about 1/8 inch in width each) etched into the hood of my car. While I can't absolutely prove that it happened at the lot on Walton, they were definitely new scratches. Next time I'll be using another lot.
