 - Purchased a parking reservation online only to get to the garage and was unable to find any open spots. I can understand this happening so I just ended up finding another garage nearby. The problem is that trying to get someone either via email or phone is next to impossible. Left several messages but haven't heard back. HORRIBLE customer service. Actually I should say non-existent customer service. I'd recommend using Grant Park North underground parking instead. A little cheaper, always has open spots and only a few blocks away at Michigan and Randolph.

 - DO NOT PARK HERE!! Posted rate sign is misleading and actual rates only posted on the machine located on the way out. I parked here for under an hour and was charged $49. This is highway robbery and should not even be allowed or at the very least there should be more signs highlighting the outrageous rates.

 - Parked my car at night. Paid to get exit ticket and machine to leave read my plate and opened before I could give the exit ticket. Nice scam. I'll make sure I warn anyone visiting the area. No one on their end for customer service at night in-person or phone.

 - Horrible! Elevator does not work, the stairwell is dirty and weirdly narrow so it is hard to navigate carrying anything like a suitcase. But to top it off, our car's window was smashed. There is nothing "safe" or "secure" about this garage. When we walked to our car to discover the window had been smashed, the attendant was busy helping another couple a few spaces down whose window had ALSO been smashed. Totally unacceptable. Of course, they take no responsibility because it is "self park."

 - DO NOT PARK HERE! This place is not a safe place to park . Came out today and found my car window smashed . No attendant and no security to be found . Talked to some lady on the intercom , who could care less about what happened. She said the garage is not responsible , and will not do anything . If the owner or manager would like to respond to my post with a number or email so I can discuss this further it would be great .

 -  $53 for 2hours total ripoff! Elevator only goes to the ninth floor have to walk up narrow smelly hallway with feces (sh@t ) on the wall and floor next to 10 th fl door. If it was an option to give half a star or a little sliver of a star that’s what this rating would be so you’re lucky you’re even getting one star because that’s the minimum here .

 - Went there on May 14th 2016 went in drove all the way to the top floor ,no parking anywhere had to pay $6.00 to get out as I could see no other option.What are my chances of getting a refund?About as same as finding an honest politician.
