- My husband couldn't get his vehicle out of this lot when he returned from a week long trip. His credit card had been accidentally canceled and he didn't have enough cash on him to pay the exorbitant fee to park here. I called to see if I could take care of it over the phone and they told me there was nothing they could do, I would have to bring him money or my card. I wasn't able to go pick him up--which is why he parked there in the first place. He had to leave his truck there, racking up more fees, and call a Lyft to get home. It cost him $100 and we still have to make a trip to pick up his vehicle. Their customer service is nonexistent.
