Guilford Garage

 - Previous management had issues but since I've been parking there, I've been treated well my cars have been kept clean without damages and I even got a great deal on monthly. They are open for Saturday nights as well. You have two separate entrances. Right Downtown

 - Hours state they are open until 7PM, even the sign on the building says so. They are locking the gate at 4PM today and if I had not run inside before the gate was down, they would have locked my car inside until tomorrow.

 - Owner name is Rehel/Yonas Negash he owns a garage Maryland Parking Solution INC. at 310-314 Guilford Ave. My boss pays monthly for 3 passes (1 being my car)however the garage is where an incident happened with my vehicle being damaged by a rock from his ceiling in his garage and it busted out my window, I have called and texted and he has not responded and this happened on Wednesday 4/21/21 so I am being forced to contact him however I see fit at this point because of him being unprofessional. I need to go through his insurance for his garage to pay for al the damage associated with my car and yet he hasn't responded so I've had to pay out of pocket so now I'm looking for reimbursement. I have called 410-340-2500 but the voicemail is always full so I have to text, I sent him pics and a copy of the police report, still no response. This garage is dangerous, what if that rock fell and hit a person in the head, my daughter for instance she was with me, I always feel unsafe in that garage, it nasty, dark, gloomy and unsafe, pieces of cement all over the ground especially on the second floor.
