 - Window broken twice, no security, unhelpful, no compensation. Avoid!

 - If you want your car window smashed, then park here. The so called overnight security is an absolute joke, either they allow people in to rob you or they’re doing it themselves. Stay away.

 - DO NOT PARK HERE. My friend's car was broken into (and several others) while parked in the garage, overnight when it should have been locked and secure. The garage refused to accept responsibility. I moved and stopped parking in this garage a year and a half ago, and I am still getting emails about an outstanding balance I shouldn't have. The manager agreed and told me he would fix it, several times, and never did. The manager is almost impossible to find contact information for (I had to call three different numbers to get his), and he clearly just doesn't care. This garage has become a nightmare that won't leave me alone. In addition to shitty management and borderline harassment, the garage itself is.. crappy. The ramps between levels are one-way, but both traffic directions need to traverse them so you just honk and hope no one is coming the other direction. It's cheap, but honestly it's worth a little extra to avoid the headache of never being rid of their shitty management and neglect.

 - love the parking close to my job and bright lighting.

 - Is there a zero star rating? I am fairly certain the employee that checks for valid parking also puts nails on the ground, I have had 5 nails in my tires will parked here overnight, my car has been broken into two times, and I have been inappropriately ticketed despite having paid multiple times. The customer service is terrible when you try to cal someone. If at all possible the person running this should consider their life a huge failure.

 - This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST. I have never been to such poorly managed facility; my car and three other cars got vandalized the same day, and when police came he mentioned that this happens quite often (every few months) and yet the facility owner has made no attempt to act on it (no securities, no camera). I am also a Charles Towers resident who is eligible of lower monthly parking rate, but was lead into paying full month by facility manager (who said that was the only way to request monthly contract) and was not able to get refunded ever since. I contacted him almost every week, and every time he promises that I will see credit on my account soon and that I will be getting email. Yet still nothing after a month. I switched to another garage because I could not deal with this.
