- Was led there by the public parking signs. There are plenty of pay to park signs but the thing that made this one stand out was that this was public parking. So after parking for about 50 minutes I was charged $29. After talking with the office attendant they claim that they are pay to park and then shows me a sign with rates that are clearly out of drivers view when they are entering. This place is a scam and I would not recommend parking there to anybody

- One of the worst garages i've been at. Took us and everyone else in the garage over 2 hours to just get out. Everyone was mad and annoyed to the point people where getting out of their vehicles and walking up towards the exit to try to find out what was happening.. If you plan to park her for an event at the Royal Farms Arena avoid it at all cost. The close to 3 hour wait to exit (and we were just on the 2nd floor,) was ridiculous. As someone whose gone to multiple venues and had to park and deal with the parking traffic I have never had to wait this long .

- Used this garage for a concert and waiting for 90 min to get out because it was so backed up and managed poorly. I left my car to see what was going on. There was NO traffic on the street. Just the parking attendants being slow. People were angry and yelling, it was terrible. Will never use again. AVOID!

- This hotel is a bait and switch operation. They bait you with special pricing, tell you to come in, and then tell you when you're checking out in the price is much more that they are special things you had to do on the front end to get those prices. Stay away from these folks, they are typical inner city thinking people. Bait and switch all the way

- I had a great experience there. I went to court in the city and you made my parking easy, therefore I was at ease in court. Your garage is clean, easy to find, easy to navigate where you are going and made my experience good all the way around. Being able to reserve parking online is the best!!! - Monthly rates inconsistent among usual monthly parking customers. Staff quotes regarding monthly fee amounts inconsistent. Received 3 different quotes within 10 minutes from 3 different individuals.
