- On Sunday June, 10,2022 I was new to El Paso parked in this lot there was a meter so I deposited my cash in meter was not even gone 30 minutes from my vehicle came back and had and 82$ citations. the box in the parking lot was covered and I all could see was meter no signs that I could see. Called the phone on citation very rude person informed me was a city meter I still had to pay the 82$. Please be aware of this to anybody that does this even if meter is facing your vehicle has nothing to do with meter.
