 - There are two different “lots” on the same Northeast corner of the intersection of East Long and North 4th Street. There are 2 pay kiosks, and it is VERY CONFUSING to determine which kiosk is for which spaces. It turns out that the color of the lines on the spaces is key, but NO SIGNAGE EXPLAINS THIS! One metal parking sign even faces the STREET so it is VERY EASILY OVERLOOKED! Seems like a scam to collect a $180 parking fee to get your car back!
