- VERY DECEIVING! This is an outdoor lot with a sign posted saying "Public Courthouse Parking", which apparently means PRIVATELY OWNED lot. Yes, I am from out of town but I'm sure everyone from Columbus already knows this. There are no instructions on needing to pay to park. There is no attendant or even a machine at the entrance. We even drove around the lot and never saw a sign to pay. I tried to appeal the violation stating I would have gladly paid had there been a sign. The response I received told me that they have signs posted at each metered area on how to pay via their app. So apparently the never payed attention to what lot I parked in because there are no meters! Thus no signs! They also have a very poor emailing system. I received multiple duplicates and somehow they got them out of chronological order.
