There are not enough handicap spaces. People who need to be close to the door should have more accessible spaces.
Spaces that would receive a penalty for parking there should have a sign to indicate that.
Entering the lot from Rt. 113 should not have a stop sign as it holds up the flow of traffic on 113. Those entering the lot should have the right of way.
