170 Columbus Parking Garage

 - I check if you're open on Friday 6AM TO 3AM On line. And no one, at the garage. Or is it opened. Please advise, your opening operation hours. I understand the CoronaVirus. But, we should have information is it's opened or not. And if it is.. then follow your operation hours. I've walked to the garage many time now. And still no reply. And your phone# to call. That too is non operation. Please reply, to what is your hours of operation, in realities. Sign posted are not in compliance, as posted.

To open, if I needed on their schedule hours of operation. The phone to call.. is not accepting, nor to ask to leave a call back number. I'm a monthly, and paid in full. I follow the new hours of operations. But, negative. No one, to operation hours posted. I can't even get my vehicle out in an Emergency. At least, posted the right hours of operation. And do it. And answer your phone posted. I've paid in full

 - We pulled in at 8:45. When we returned at 11, we found the garage door was down and locked. We are from Cincinnati and the garages never close that early. The attendant should have warned us since we were parking so close to the 10 o'clock closing time, but he said nothing. While we were trying to find a number to call, the owner/manager walked out. He told us he would open the gate for $40!!
