- Zero Stars! e. The ownership management of this parking structure is un professional and offensive. I paid for a monthly parking pass for 12 months and recently needed to cancel this month.I explained the staff member I would to be refunded for this month and was told to come ion later in the day to and I would be able to receive my refund for$144.00. I went into the lot today to arrange for the refund that manager came out said NO Refund! I tried to explain that I have been a good paying costumer for over a year and deserved to be refunded for the month I was not using. He said get of my garage or call the police. I plan to report this to the police and the better business bureau. Truly bad form and a poor way to reward his customer. Do Not Give Business to the company.
