- This parking lot is a rip off. The worker is extremely disrespectful. Their sign clearly says $15 flat rate, yet I was charged $25. Their pay machine has instructions with steps 1-3. However, it's incorrect. 1st step says insert payment. I paid with card. Next step is choose your time. As soon as I inserted my card the machine read $20 until a certain time, but I only needed one hour. I was looking for where to adjust the time then suddenly it said "completing transaction". I quickly pushed "cancel", but next thing that shows up is "printing receipt". I explained to the worker what happened and he said it was my fault because I was with two other people and we were causing a shadow that blocked the machine. Which is complete bullsh*t. The machine is right next to the lighted office and there's plenty of street lights. I read the instructions perfectly fine. I have the picture to prove the instructions are not clear. He showed us that we were suppose to insert payment then click the small yellow button located on the bottom right. How is anyone suppose to know to click that when it's not stated anywhere on the machine? Plus the yellow button said for oversized vehicles. My car is not oversized. For step 1, there is a picture of three buttons that says $5, $15, $20. So we clicked $5 thinking it would just be $5, but instead it added $5 to the $20. When we asked the worker if anything could be done, so we wouldn't be charged $25 all he said was "you guys are good" as in we're ok
