 - They steal items from your car if you park here at night. DO NOT PARK HERE.

 - We had a parking reservation and the man working was so rude. He told us where to park but not even a minute later told that we better hurry and park or he was going to cancel our reservation. That whole place was a parking disaster to begin with.

 - The WORST place to park. They overpack the lot. It is an emergency hazard. They park cars behind other cars, blocking you in. Then, those who leave their keys are leaving their cars in the hands of CRAZY drivers. Sketchy as hell! And it cost $40 for just a couple hours.

 - DON’T PARK HERE!!!!! THEY DON’T HAVE SECURITY AT NIGHT!!! MY CAR WAS BURGLARIZED AND THEY DON’T WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY

 - Horrible experience! Got our car window busted out and we were only there for 30 minutes. About 8-10 cars all got busted windows, some had things stolen. Tried to call police but it is private property so they wouldn’t come out. No cameras. Do. Not. Park. Your. Vehicle. Here. Thankfully we had insurance.

 - maybe in San Francisco it's normal, but for the first time I have such a surprise when you paid for a night parking, arrived in the morning, and the car is all broken, and no one is responsible for it, because in San Francisco it's normal, so before how to get out of the car, make sure it is under surveillance

 - I waited in line for 30 minutes to get near the garage and saw it’s $20 not $15. Whatever not a big deal. Get to the attendant after now almost 45 minutes waiting are told that it’s cash only and are turned away. Is anything said on this website true? Very disappointed

 - Don't park in that garage. They smashed they windows of my rental car last week. This is a very dangerous place. No security at all. If you do park in there don't leave any valuables in your car please.

 - This is the worst parking garage experience I’ve ever had. From the beginning, the attendant who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I bought a parking spot from the Spot Hero app, which clearly states in the reservation any free spot that does not say reserved is available. The manager wanted us to park in the middle of the entry way sticking out, and not in a spot. I showed him the Spot Hero app that clearly states we paid for a spot and there are no refunds once the time has stated, he said “I don’t care if you cancel it don’t talk to me”. Upon arriving back to the car, the drivers window was completely smashed in. I RECOMMEND DO NOT PARK HERE. It is better to pay a little more than to have an experience like this.

 - Not enough space to explain what happened. But I drove into this parking lot on 12/28/19 about 7:30pm. I had a very awful (scary) experience with the parking attendant. I parked and asked the attendant at what time the lot closed and he walked away and mumbled something, so I said excuse me I didn’t hear u & restated my question. He YELLED it back. I said don’t be an asshole! (I asked to make sure we didn’t come to close to closing time)The guy lungged at me as if he was going to assault me. My 15 yr old son stepped in front of me to protect me. The guy lungged at him. I told the attendant ur not going to hurt my son! The other parking attendants came and was yelling at their coworker. One of the men gave me back my money and apologized. I said what’s wrong with this guy. He told me he couldn’t do anything because that guy was the one in charge. I heard the name Marmoot. I don’t know if that’s his name. I was afraid for my sons & my safety. After that, I wasn’t going to leave my car there. He continued yelling saying that he was going to have my car towed. I Looked for a sign with the parking company info. I got in my car to leave. One of the attendants helped me get out. I was afraid of him following me to mess up my car or hurt us. This was scary for my son & I. I hope this doesn’t have to happen to anyone again. This man seemed as if he were drugged. His behavior was erratic.

 - It was a weekend and although the sign said $30, they charged $40 since ours’ is a truck. But our other members of the group were charged $40 also for small cars because they said the $30 price is only fir parking up to 3:00pm. They only took cash. I think we were scammed. It is false advertising and they can be in a heap of trouble. I work with plenty of lawyers! Also, they take your car keys and park your car for you. We felt uncomfortable leaving strangers with our keys since they don’t wear uniform shirts to distinguish from anyone off the street. Then upon returning we had to wait in line to pick up our vehicles! Better to park in another lot next time. They cost the same and safer/ more convenient.

 - Advertises 20 all day, then says it’s 30. Operator extremely rude.

 - Terrible service. My car was scratched when I picked it up, they did not take responsibility, and the guys became aggressive and threatening. Extremely frustrating. Please beware!

 - DO NOT PARK HERE!!! CAR WAS BROKEN INTO AND NO ATTENDENT ON DUTY WHEN I CAME TO PICK UP MY CAR
- Erin P.
 - DO NOT PARK HERE, VERY UNSAFE. We were in the area on business and not at all familiar with the Pier 39 area. Our GPS suggested this parking location; which is public. We paid the attendant and went over for a quick dinner. We returned to our car before 9:00 p.m., no attendant to be found and car had been broken into and our bags (which had been secured)had been stolen and another group told us their car had also been broken into. Unless your IDs are stolen the police will only take a report over the phone for insurance purposes, otherwise you are basically out of luck. The police said this happens 2-3 times a night in this location, but yet there is no attendant, no cameras, no signs posted that the attendant will be gone at a certain time or that it is a high crime area, no security guards or even police patrolling. If you decide to park here DO NOT leave anything of value, sentimental, or hard/expensive to replace. We were also told these criminals know how to look for tourist/rental cars to target since they would likely have luggage or valuable in them and not likely to return to the area if there was every a chance they were prosecuted. BEWARE, this is a systematic process. What these criminals stole from us wasn't worth near what it is costing in time and expense to replace it.
