- This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had parking my vehicle. It took 60+ minutes and 8-9 phone calls on a late rainy Saturday night to get someone to come pick us up. Even though the drivers repeatedly said they were only 7-10 minutes away, it took over an hour to come get us. Of course my toddler lost her mind waiting that long and we almost had to abandon hope that anyone would come shuttle us to a place that the company says is only "5-10 minutes away." And the final kicker was that my windshield had a major crack in it when I returned to drive home which will cost me hundreds of dollars to replace. The savings that the parking lot offered were not worth the time nor expense for the level of service provided!!
