- Super service of one of your most able employees. On December 8, 2018 my wife and I parked our vehicle and was picked up by Terrell. He was so friendly and helpful. Upon arriving at airport en route to Florida for a 7 day cruise, I realized I left my cell phone on console of my vehicle in plain sight. I ran to the bus and there was Terrell first in line. He promptly took me to my vehicle got my phone and we were off for our Anniversary cruise. Terrell is the most professional driver and I am sure you are proud of him. He is a people person and a wonderful personality. We are grateful for his service and that you have him. I am a former Police Detective and a good judge of people.
