- Brought my mom shopping in downtown and decided to park in this garage. It's a great location with easy access in and out. I was impressed with the cleanliness and lighting of the garage. Since it was just my mom and I, we felt very safe while walking inside the garage. The lobby had security as well. There was no attendant at the exit but the automated exit machine was simple and easy to understand. I think this garage is one of the best around the area.

- Parked here for 5th Ave Theater show, garage was easy to find and there were plenty of spots available. Stalls are wide and garage had signs pointing us to elevators. We don't know our way around downtown so this was a great location to be parked at. We're going to park here again when we attend next 5th Ave show.

- It was my first time parking at Union Square Garage. The garage was very clean and the parking stalls were wide. We were able to find a stall fairly quick. There are a lot of signs pointing you to the right direction. There were also elevator slips you could take with you that indicate which level you parked on. Coming back into the garage was easy and we had no issues finding our car. This was a very simple garage to navigate through. I will be parking here again!

- I parked here today. the parking wasn't the problem. The problem was getting out of the garage on foot after I'd parked and then getting back into the garage from the street to retrieve my car!!! No signs pointing you to the correct elevators, once in the elevators, not clear how to get down to street level or up to the level your car is on. While walking around trying to find my way, I encountered others who were also wandering around totally lost. This needs fixing!!!! Even the people we ran into along our way had no idea how to get back to our car.
