- I received the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Operations Manager Luigino was impolite, impatient, aggressive, and lacked many customer service skills. Asking him any questions seemed to infuriate him easily. I STILL have not received my refund. I never have been treated with such disrespect, when I could have been the one yelling and complaining over the phone, but chose to be calm and patient throughout this whole process. I have worked many jobs in customer service. An employee should NEVER be yelling, aggressive, and disrespectful to customers, REGARDLESS if the customer is patient or impatient, rude or polite, or kind or disrespectful. This person should NOT be working with people. While this parking lot is cheaper compared to others, I will NOT be parking here ever again.
