 - This Garage has a terrible transient Early bird process. They staff only one attendant in morning (who does a great job), but is overwhelmed by the influx of cars during the early hours. It takes about 20minutes to park your car after you arrive at the garage. This is just crazy and needs to be changed. They need to staff one more attendant for the rush hour. Josh E.

 - Five hour drive from N.C. to D.C. Health Dept for my birth certificate and I was exhausted so pulling into the parking garage was super convenient to hassle free parking and professional, kind, courteous even a smile with thank yous from the awesome attendees. Easy in! Easy out!!
