- On NYE while I was working, my car got broken into in the fourth floor of the basement. After trying to phone a security personnel at the toll booth, I was unable to reach anyone for five minutes - giving up. After I arrived to work on Thursday, I went to the front desk to ask the security guards to see if I could see the camera footage of the incident since THERE ARE cameras hanging down from the ceiling all over. The response I got was: "We don't have cameras on the fourth floor". I'm now missing a few items from my car and am unable to figure out who broke into my car. What I don't understand is why the cameras are there in the first place if you're not using them. Secondly, I didn't even get an apology from any of the security guards. They just told me there was nothing that they could have done. Please don't park your car here as they charge heavily and apparently don't have any surveillance so anyone could technically come in and break into your car.
