 - Let's face it, Santa Monica can be a nightmare to park, and pricey, to boot. You either know SM, and where to park, or you don't. Visitors like me just don't. (And the City of SM has made a parking enforcement a profit center, so the ticket-writers are always cruising like sharks.) Parkme's reservation and pre-paid system took all the unknowns out of my business appointment in SM. The folks at the Wyndham (spelling?) were professional, friendly and excellent in every way. This is an excellent service, all the way around. I've bookmarked it.

 - (Jenson) deserves special recognition. He tended to us both times on our trip. This young man made certain we were cared for. As an older woman on a long road trip I appreciated he made certain we didn't have any issues assessing the restricted bathroom quickly. We were able to refresh ourselves in the lobby, enjoy the pier and a restaurant for a while, then head back on the road. I was much more alert to tackle that traffic again toward our destinations. While not required, I left a tip for Jenson for his attention to customer service. Westlake Village Inn could have used people like him (hint).

 - T.H.A.N.K .. Y.O.U !!! I'm an older woman with limited abilities. My daughter and I were on a trip to Westlake Village to attend my nephew's very posh wedding. The easy parking and access to the hotel's hospitality really helped to take some stress off the trip. Having wedding gifts and other important items packed in the car it was a comfort to know everything was secured from heat damage or theft. It was such a relief being able to take a break from battling traffic. We enjoyed the pier, a restaurant, and refreshed ourselves in the hotel's lobby before continuing our trip.

 - Website was easy to use and Wyndham listed the best parking prices. While the hotel was difficult to reach as a result of some street closures in the area, once we got there the car check-in process was a cinch and the pick-up was surprisingly quick. Great job to the parking staff!

 - This is a great service. It's located just a block from the Pier. I was able to prepay online and just drop the car off to valet. Ivan took care of us and noticed we had prepaid for all day parking, so when we returned after 2.hours on the Pier rather the sending us on our way, he made it a point to recommend for us to visit the nearby 3rd St. Promenade which we browsed for another 3 hrs which totally made the day worth it.
