 - I will never go back to that place. I usually use SpotHero to reserve parking, and this was my first time reserving a spot there. Since I park in different places every day, I sometimes forget to read the parking instructions. When I arrived this time, it turned out to be valet parking, but no one was there. So, I decided to find a spot myself and then go back to see if anyone showed up or if I needed to get a ticket or something. As soon as I got out of the car, he appeared. He told me to drive the car back. I was happy to do so, thinking he just wanted to follow the correct process. But his attitude was extremely condescending, and he gave me a nasty look. He kept saying, 'Do you read? It’s a stop sign here.' I admitted that I hadn’t read it and thought that would be the end of it, but no, he kept nagging, 'Did you read? S-T-O-P.' I explained that I wasn’t paying attention and, because no one was there, I just parked first. He responded with, 'It doesn’t matter if I’m here or not. Did you read? This, here, right in front of you, why did you do that? People like you don’t follow rules... Society because of people like you...' He kept going on and on, even though I already admitted that I forgot to read the SpotHero instructions and didn’t notice the sign when I drove in. He looked at me with such disdain, then shook his head like I had committed some terrible crime. I was really upset, but I didn’t want to argue further, worried that he might do something to my car.  - terrible service. The owner is the most stingy person ever. I came a little late to pick up my car on Saturday and he made me pay 154 dollars to get my car out for staying the weekend. I have been going there for two months there is no loyalty with the owner. I convinced all my co-workers to never go there so now they lost out on 100 bucks a week.
