- My experience of buying monthly pass with this place is really bad. I called them twice to confirm they have monthly pass available, but the first time I tried to drive there to buy the pass, the staff already left early by 1 hour compared to their business hours, which was said to be 7am - 3pm. The guy told me to drive in on the 2nd day after 7am, but when I actually arrived on the next day, he said he was not sure if monthly pass is available again.
I was totally pissed off and ended up not buying a pass with them, but they definitely deserve a 1-star review. Stay away from this place if possible; their staff are extremely irresponsive and not doing their jobs.
