- I am not normally to write a review, but this had to be my worst parking experience. I parked on a weekend because all public spaces were taken, I had no other choice but to park in this garage. They charged me $9.80, and I stayed there for 2.5 hours. On the way out, their ticket machine couldn't identify my ticket and said it was invalid. I called the operator and they told me they couldn't help, but that was the whole point of having an operator. There were so many cars backed up and the operator told me to back out and try to get out. That was the whole point that I called, the gate wouldn't open. My friend helped, told the other cars to back up, and I was able to park as I called back. The same person said I need to exit the garage, once again, that's the whole point of me calling. They said they will come out and charge me, and I need to hang up because other people may call them on their line. I gave up with asking for help, and tried again scanning my receipt and it worked so thank God I didn't have to call them again. I ended up paying $17 for the parking fees, and it wasn't the payment that I was upset with, but with the service. To the operators, I am sure that you get many calls but at least try to be more understanding/helpful. Don't just say "There's nothing I can do." If that's the case, why is the operator there to begin with? People wouldn't call if they can get out easily. Overall, hard lesson learned, I WILL NEVER PARK HERE AGAIN.
