 - Do not park here! Lot claims to be free for first 90 min. I tried to leave under 90 min. Electronic ticket reader would not let me out. After multiple retries I called the on site staff. Ticket didn't work for them either. Then it magically started working at 90 min wanting me to pay $4 for being over. I protested to the staff and he just ignored me and walked away. Very unprofessional. Reader appears programmed to not open until a payment is required.
