- This is not a review. I am looking for an answer to a question that is impossible to find. I need to park at no. quincy station tomorrow (I know it's too late to get an answer now) and I do not have a smart phone, pay by phone or an app. Will my car be towed for non payment? This system is impossible for senior citizens like myself who are not phone savvy or who do not even own one!!!!!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!
