 - I can't believe that Manchester build a DIRT parking lot in 3 days across from Pacific Gate. It looks like parking you would find at a County Fair. Now dirt is going to flying on everyone's balcony's, again, at Pacific Gate! How inconsiderate of you for not at least paving it! All you need are haystacks in the lot to complete this job. Unbelievable!!!
