 - Pretty convinced that ABM stands for A Bowel Movement. Well, at least that's what it smells like in there. It is a parking garage/homeless shelter. Emailed them because I felt I was overcharged ($96 for 16 hrs overnight). I received a very condescending response, where they basically treated me like a child, walked me thru the process, gave me the middle finger, then told me to have a great day. Thanks, jerks

 - The sign out front says the rate is $10 for arriving before 5 PM, that literally means parking is $10. When I left I was charged $42. You really need to specify that if your “rates” are PER HOUR, then the sign needs to say $10 “PER HOUR”. I NEVER would’ve spent $42 on a parking spot. Absolutely absurd and I want a reimbursement of $32. The man at the pay window told me “no, the sign didn’t say $10.” Yes, it did.

 - Went to see movie with friends,NO sign about Horton Plaza being CLOSED. Drove up to top floor, parked there, get out and walked over to the movie theater, back to the car and then left the parking lot. Told teller what happened and she charged me $4.00. Asked to speak with her manager who didn't care that I was over 70 years old and all I did was drive in, go out to look and leave, and there was no signed posted. He told me that I had to pay the $4.00 to get out of the lot. I had a couple of friends in the car and they were getting uncomfortable so I paid and left. I should have gotten names, but I didn't.

 - When I parked there on Saturday night 11/10/18 at about 9:30 pm, the only sign was for $20 parking. When I exited the parking garage at about 10 the next morning, I was charged $48 and there was NO attendant!!!! I will be complaining to the San Diego tourism bureau because of the false advertising!

 - My reservation ticket said that an attendant would be there to help me, but no one was there. I paid $11 for an all day reservation while I went to jury duty, but it would only have cost me $9 to drive in, and the garage attached to Horton Plaza was empty so early in the morning. Didn't need the reservation and could have parked for less closer to my destination, but I was unfamiliar with the area. I wouldn't do this again, but gave it 3 stars since the problems were mostly caused by my own inexperience. Having the reservation did relieve some stress about where to go and allowed advance planning.

 - This was a great way to make sure my car had parking during really busy days.

 - I made a reservation and paid to park at this lot. However, it was so difficult to find parking. I went around for approximately 30 minutes and squeezed into a spot, which was in the compact section on the second level. However, there was an SUV parked there, so made it difficult for other cars to park. I was told to try the area reserved for employees and/or monthly but was not allowed to park there. Terrible management and lack of organization.

 - I used park me to guarantee a spot in San Diego to attend Comic Con. I wasn't sure of the program but for the price, I gave it a shot. The Horton plaza lot was tricky to spot the first pass by. Since many of the SD streets are one way, I had to circle around. After I spotted it, I pulled without any issue. The staff was very friendly and the lot felt safe and clean. There was a lot of foot traffic. It joins the plaza as well as downtown. When I exited the attendant requested $48. I showed him my pass and drove away ($30). I will use park me again for sure. Thanks Ps perhaps a catchy, colorful sign could grab the drivers eye. I was looking for "Horton" all I saw was Westfield?

 - This lot was easy to find and close to the Petco park Would be great if you shuttle to the games.

 - It was very convenient.

 - Great indoor lot with attendants on-site. Petco Park is a short walk from here. It was very convenient to park here because it is close enough to walk to the ballpark but just far enough away that you don't get caught in the traffic jam right by the venue when the event is over.
