- Parking at OIA Terminal Top has become a significant issue. Way too many people illegally parking in the drive lanes, on the zebra stripes, in front of fire exit doors. It's to the point a standard pickup truck can't make a turn into the drive lanes without backing up. I have a dozen pictures of these hazards from this month. I'd like new No Parking signage and a widely publicized ad effort to get the message out that illegal parking will result in fines and towing. If the lot is full on all levels, make them go to over-flow parking. This is bad form and inherently dangerous.
