 - The car park for Glass Mill Leisure Center is absolutely filthy. The lift is not useable. It is FULL with piles of RUBBISH!! The stair well stinks of human excrement. It is apparent on the hand rails as well!! Persons with limited mobility have use the car ramp for access because the stairs are so filthy and a health risk!!
