- I been coming to you guys for three years. I have never been so offended by anyone. You have manager name John who I had an ugly argument twice cause he thinks he can talk down to people and try to intimidate them! First time I couldn’t find my spot hero receipt on my phone and he went off on me like I was bothering him! So I cursed him out in the worse way possible! The second time I had left my receipt at home and my husband send me a picture of the receipt and I was hoping he wasn’t there and he was so he tried intimidating me again, so I asked him what was his problem and he said, you don’t have a receipt! That’s my problem!!! Again I went insane cursing at him!! He’s an OGRE who tries to intimidate women with his tantrums! I did curse him out but he deserved it! Now I have to find parking somewhere else to avoid this horrible person! I am a spot hero customer because I’m always coming home too late from work to find parking so I have no Choice! I’m not the only person that has had problem with this man!
