- Their arm was stuck when I arrived and it wouldn’t dispense a ticket. I spoke to the security guard on duty and he said it wouldn’t be an issue and someone could let me out. No one else was working when I arrived. Because I didn’t have a ticket, I couldn’t get validation. Instead of letting me out, management for this lot has decided that I now had to go back to my office with a ticket and get it validated - adding 30 minutes to my commute and making me late to pick up my son from daycare. To top it all off, I sprained my ankle in their busted up driveway coming back.
