- I had a very unpleasant experience today. I used your parking lot with a car with license plate BG 754 ZH from 07/12/2022. a little more than 24 hours. The total price was 7880 HUF. Today when I was paying for the service at the machine, I put in 7500 HUF, but the machine wouldn't accept the two paper bills I had (500 and 1000 HUF) for finishing payment, and repeatedly returned them. I also inserted metal coins which it did not register at all, but did not returned them. Machine printed the bill where it says that I paid 7500 HUF and that there is still 380 HUF to be paid. Since I didn't have any other bank notes, I paid the difference with a card. I have now noticed that the total amount of 7880 HUF has been withdrawn from my account. Please refund the money that was double charged to my account, and inform me about this issue.
